The cottage includes a bathroom with a shower and a spacious terrace with a view of the nearby pond. These are two-story cottages. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette (no cooking facilities, basic utensils), and a bathroom. The living room has two fold-out beds, as well as a table and lounge chairs. The stairs in the living room lead to the attic, where there are two separate double rooms. One of the rooms also has access to a small balcony.

Extra bed in the cottage: 110 PLN/day (sleeping on the sofa)
THE COTTAGES ARE RENTED FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS.
The price of each cottage includes:
- Breakfast (buffet or a selection from the menu depending on the number of guests)
- Access to the Spa & Wellness area during the stay (jacuzzi, gym, salt grotto, sauna complex: dry sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath)
- Use of the Centre’s infrastructure: indoor playroom for young children, gaming room with Xbox consoles, recreation room: ping pong, billiards, cartoons on a big screen, Stegna Stolëmów health trail, outdoor playgrounds, Nordic walking poles, outdoor recreational pool (seasonal), beach (seasonal)

During the low season (October to April), the Spa & Wellness area may be unavailable on weekdays. Information about availability during a given period and current prices can be obtained at the reception.
Discounts and surcharges:
- The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 11:00.
- Children aged 4-10 years – discount depending on the room type, in the cottage a minimum of 3 adults and a child under 10 years old are required.
- Children under 3 years old – free of charge (sleeping on the available beds in the rooms).
- Fee for a cot for a child under 3 years old – 30 PLN (one-time charge) – prior reservation is required.
- Local fee – 2 PLN per person per day, payable in cash only.
- Pet fee – 40 PLN per day.
- Lost hotel card fee – 50 PLN.
- Failure to use selected services included in the accommodation price does not entitle to a discount.
